Both players had just ace-high but it was Jackson's kicker that gave him the lead. The river was the K♣ and Jackson held on for the win as Kandyba quickly left the room. After the stacks were counted, it was deemed Jackson was at risk for 22,500, leaving Kandyba with a single 500 chip remaining in front of his seat but nobody there to make use of it.
