Daniel McGee opened to 2,000 from early position before Vijay Ramani called on the button.
Both players checked the 3♥2♥2♣ flop to welcome the Q♥ turn. McGee bet 2,000, but Ramani chose to raise to 7,000 in response. McGee called.
Both players knuckled the 5♠ river to go to a showdown.
McGee tabled J♠3♠ for deuces and threes. Ramani showed that he got there on the river when he revealed 10♥5♦ for a flush draw on the turn that spiked a five on the river.

Alecxander Gould began the bidding with an open to 1,600 from the hijack. Zafar Feroz made the call from the cutoff, but Terrance Reid raised the price of admission with a three-bet to 5,600.
Gould four-bet jammed for 26,900, which led to a fold from Feroz. Reid wasted no time making the call to put Gould at risk.

Reid was in a great position to score the knockout, and the flop only furthered that agenda when it came 3♣4♣6♠ to keep Reid in the lead.
The 5♠ turn was a blank, but it did create some chop outs with one card to go.
Gould would spike a two outer when the 10♦ rolled off on the river to give him a set of tens and slip away from elimination as Reid would watch a significant portion of his stack evaporate.

This hand was picked up on a board that read 2♣8♥8♦5♥ with approximately 8,000 already in the middle.
Jane Bahk checked from the small blind before Thomas Cage went all-in for 13,900 from the big blind. Bahk gave it some thought before she called to put Cage at risk.

Cage had the best hand with two pair, but Bahk had plenty of outs with a gutshot straight draw, a flush draw, and outs to an ace.
The 6♣ river faded all those outs as Cage secured the double-up.

This hand was picked up on the 10♥Q♦Q♥2♣ board with approximately 15,000 already in the middle.
Ahmad Rashid went all-in for 12,000 and was called by Thonduru to be at risk.

Thonduru was well in control with trip queens as Rashid was in need of a seven on the river to stay alive in the tournament.
The K♠ gave Thonduru a full house instead, as Rashid was eliminated.

Michael Hults began the hand with an open to 1,500 from early position. Michael Rappaport responded with a three-bet to 3,600. Rob Mariano joined the fray with a call from the small blind, and Hults also stuck around with a call.
The 10♣J♣2♠ flop led to a pair of checks from Mariano and Hults. Rappaport chose to continue for 3,500. Mariano check-raised to 7,000, which led to a fold from Hults.
Rappaport called to bring the 7♠ turn. Mariano bet 10,000 on fourth street, but Rappaport wanted to play for all of it as he jammed for 47,000 in response. Mariano gave it considerable thought before he slid out his stack for a call to put Rappaport at risk.

Mariano had the best hand until the flop, when Rappaport hit a set of tens to put Mariano's aces in jeopardy.
Mariano was unable to find an ace on the 9♥ river as Rappaport secured the big double-up to send Mariano tumbling down the chip standings.
Mariano was seen leaving the tournament area shortly after as he busted from the tournament.

The board read 9♠2♠4♣ with over 9,500 in the middle when this hand was picked up.
Both Prabhakar Thonduru and Rob Mariano checked from the small and big blinds, respectively. Ahmad Rashid bet 4,000 from under the gun, which was called by Michael Rappaport. Thonduru made the call, but Mariano opted to fold.
All three remaining players checked the 8♠ turn to bring the Q♣ river.
Thonduru took the initiative with a wager of 12,000. He got no takers as Thonduru took down the pot without a showdown.

Stephen Kujubu opened to 1,500 from under the gun, but Jesse Medina chose to pump up the pot with a three-bet to 3,000 from the next seat over. Scott Aulds made the call from the hijack before Kujubu joined the party with a call.
The J♥K♥2♥ flop was checked by Kujubu. Medina continued for 5,000, and that was all she wrote as both Aulds and Kujubu folded to award the skirmish to Medina.
