On the turn with 300,000 in the pot and the board reading K♠7♥3♣10♠, Danny Chang led for 175,000 from the big blind and Brandon Mueller called on the button.

The river brought the 10♣ as Chang led again for 550,000. Mueller responded with a pot-sized raise to 2,300,000, or about 2,000,000 effective as the covering stack. Faced with a decision for his tournament life, Chang took some time before he eventually put in the call.

On the A♣J♠9♠ flop, Mueller check-called a bet of 50,000 from Chang.

Mueller checked again on the 7♠ turn as Chang bet 75,000, getting another call.

On the 9♥ river, Mueller checked a final time to Chang who put out a bet of 225,000, and Mueller instantly called. Chang announced his hand before Mueller tabled A♦10♥9♣3♠ for a full house, and he collected the pot as Chang lamented his bad luck after he was rivered by Mueller.

Both players checked the K♠10♥4♠ flop. Chang then bet 200,000 on the 5♦ turn, and Mueller called.

Chang bet another 225,000 on the Q♣ river, and Mueller folded.

Mueller then bet 60,000 from the button on a flop of 7♣J♥Q♥ and Chang called.

Both players checked the 8♦ turn, and Chang led out for 150,000 on the 8♣ river. Mueller called, and Chang showed 10♠8♥3♥3♣ for a straight to win the pot.

The 10♥7♠2♠ flop checked through to the 6♣ turn which saw Mueller lead for 75,000 and Chang called.

On the 2♥ river, Mueller led again for 280,000, and Chang called after some deliberation. However, he got the bad news as Mueller revealed 9♥8♣7♥2♣ for a turned straight and rivered full house, as his seven-deuce made a boat to collect another pot.

In a limped pot, Brandon Mueller bet 65,000 from the button on a flop of 5♣K♣J♣ and Danny Chang called.

Chang led out for 115,000 on the 4♣ turn, and Mueller called. Both players then checked the A♠ river, and Chang showed J♠9♥6♣3♣ for a flush to win the pot.

The next hand, Chang bet 40,000 from the button on a flop of 7♣6♦J♠ and Mueller called.

The Q♣ turn was checked through, and Chang bet another 80,000 on the J♦ river. Mueller called with J♣10♥4♦3♥ for trips, and Chang mucked 5♥5♦3♠2♣.

On the 9♠6♠5♥ flop, Chang led for 110,000 and Mueller called.

Both the 9♣ turn and 8♠ river checked through as Chang announced two pair, but Mueller revealed 8♣7♣6♦4♦ for the flopped straight as he collected a pot.

The next hand, Chang opened to 80,000 on the button and Mueller called.

On the A♣9♣5♥ flop, Mueller check-called a bet of 80,000 from Chang.

Chang sized up to 210,000 on the 2♥ turn, getting another call from Mueller.

On the Q♥ river, Mueller checked a final time to Chang who bet 260,000, exactly one-third of the pot, and Mueller called quickly. Chang conceded as Mueller tabled Q♠10♦8♣2♣ for a missed flush draw that went runner-runner to make two pair, and Mueller extends his lead.

With both players incredibly deep-stacked to begin the heads-up match, Danny Chang suggested they move the blinds up two levels, but Brandon Mueller declined.

The two players then checked to the turn in a limped pot on a board of 10♥9♥8♠Q♥ when Chang led out for 40,000. Mueller called.

Chang checked the 10♠ river, Mueller bet 130,000, and Chang called. Mueller showed K♠J♥10♦3♣ for a straight, but Chang had K♥6♦5♣3♥ for a flush to win the pot.

Danny Chang limped on the button and Brandon Mueller completed from the small blind before Mark Aridgides potted to 160,000 from the big blind. Chang folded and Mueller called.

On the K♣Q♣4♥ flop, Mueller led for pot of 400,000, Aridgides jammed for 450,000 total, and Mueller called.

Mueller flopped two pair against the top pair of Aridgides, who also held overs to Mueller's second pair. The 10♥ turn added a gutshot and more counterfeit outs for Aridgides, but the river was the 5♠, ending his run in third place.
