Both players checked the 872 flop to see the A arrive on the turn. Al-Kubasi checked again and then called the delayed continuation-bet of around 36,000 from Gromov.

The 10 completed the board and another round of checks followed. Al-Kubasi showed queen-high with QJ, while Gromov tabled AQ for top pair to take down the pot.
