Joining the action with 350,000 already in the pot, and a 3♥9♦4♠ flop face up on the felt, big blind Erik Seidel checked over Andreas Hagen in the cutoff, who bet 125,000, which Seidel called.
Seidel checked for a second time on the 2♦ turn, and Hagen barreled for 325,000. Seidel spent a little longer to make a decision this time, and ultimately chose to fold.
Robert Mizrachi raised his button to 125,000. The short-stacked Alnoor Pujani defended his big blind before he pushed in his remaining 170,000 on the 5♥J♥3♦ flop. Mizrachi quickly called.

Over at another table, Yuhong Liu got his 710,000 in preflop from the big blind against Biao Ding on the button.

Both players checked on the J♠5♥7♥ flop, but when Mizrachi bet another 150,000 on the K♠ turn, Seidel called.
The A♣ completed the board, and Mizrachi checked over to Seidel, who bet 300,000. That got the job done, as Mizrachi surrendered the pot and returned his cards to the dealer.
On a four-handed table, Xing He limped in first to act, and Yuhong Liu raised to 225,000 on the button. The blinds got out of the way, and He called.
The dealer spread a A♠6♦K♠ flop, and He checked over to Liu, who immediately announced pot, betting 575,000. That bet left Liu with just 85,000 behind, and, after He took note of that, he released his cards to the dealer.
For the first 30 minutes of the day, Joshua Wang's seat had remained empty. Since sitting down, however, he has been accumulating chips.
In his latest hand, Robert Mizrachi raised to 150,000 under the gun, and Wang defended his big blind. He then check-called Mizrachi's continuation-bet of 125,000 on the Q♥Q♦5♦ flop, after which the 4♦ turn and 3♦ river were checked to showdown.
Wang showed A♠J♦J♣8♦ for a flush, and Mizrachi added his cards to the muck in defeat.
In the final hand of the previous level, Sam Soverel raised to 140,000 under the gun, and Krasimir Yankov called in the big blind.
Yankov led out for pot on a 8♣10♦J♦ flop, betting 340,000. Soverel responded by moving all in for 485,000, and Yankov wasted no time calling.

With around 400,000 in the pot and a board dealt to a 9♣6♦8♣A♣A♥ river, Octavian Vogele checked in the big blind, sending the action over to Jack Moore on the button, who bet 210,000. Vogele responded with a check-raise all in, asking Moore to call off for his tournament life.
Moore spent several minutes in the tank before another player at the table called the clock. As his allowed 30 seconds ticked down to zero, his hand was announced dead, and he returned his cards to the dealer.
