Catching the tail end of a pot between Egidijus Matonis in the big blind and Patrick Pedersen under the gun, Matonis fired a pot-sized bet of 550,000 on the 4♦6♥2♦3♠8♠ river.
Pedersen spent a few minutes in the tank before he called, but he could not beat Matonis' 3♥2♥ and was left with a short stack of 12 big blinds.
